COVID-19 Epidemic. Methods: We conducted this study was conducted with online

Female, contact with confirmed or suspected cases, working in the clinical
first-line, low social support total score and low score in each dimension,
nurses and other factors are closely linked to the development of depression,
anxiety, insomnia symptoms. After checking the statistically significant
characteristics variables, we found that the total score of social support and
the assessment of the three dimensions of protection factors for psychological
problems. Interpretation: anxiety, depression and insomnia occurred in varying
degrees among medical workers across the country. Increasing social support can
be an effective means of psychological crisis intervention. Funding: This study
was conducted by the science and technology program from Guangzhou, China (no

December 2019, a new type of coronavirus outbreak of pneumonia in Wuhan, Hubei
Province, the even more contagious than SARS. We believe that the medical
workers, as the most important force in the fight against the epidemic, bear
great responsibility and risks, which is likely to cause psychological problems
of medical workers. And we have many large epidemiological studies have shown
that medical workers different psychological distress suffered during and after
the outbreak of SARS. But if we searched PubMed on Feb 09, 2020, without date
restrictions, the concepts of "mental health", "medical workers", "COVID-19",
"fear", "depression", "Insomnia" and "local" social support for articles in
English, we have no reports of psychological status of medical workers during
the novel corona virus epidemic in China. Added value of this study our study
has shown that there are different levels of anxiety, depression, insomnia and
other symptoms among the medical staff throughout the country during the
COVID-19 epidemic, and brought some influencing factors and protective factors
these symptoms. The Chinese government has already psychological crisis
intervention in the overall concept for the prevention and control of epidemic,
but there are no epidemiological data on the psychological problems of medical
workers in this disease. Our study fills the gap in the epidemiology survey on
the mental state of medical workers during the epidemic and provides the basis
for further measures. Ichmplications of all documents our study is conducive to
the further development of the psychological intervention during this epidemic,
and provides a basis for the psychological intervention for the next possible
outbreak. 1. IntFertigung in December 2019, a new type of coronavirus outbreak
of pneumonia in Wuhan, Hubei, China emerged, with serious, sometimes fatal
clinical presentations, strong infectivity and no effective treatments.1 by Feb
21, 2020 76395 5365 Case, suspicion is confirmed, with 20857 cured cases and
2348 fatal cases have been reported in all provinces of China. The situation is
so serious that intensive attention to all over the world, and was named 2019
corona virus disease (COVID-19) by the World Health Organization on Feb 11. The
COVID-19 has also been used in 24 other countries, including Japan, Singapore,
Thailand, South Korea and the United States. Chinese health authorities have
immediately a series of measures to encourage the spread of infectious diseases,
however, the epidemic was so intense that the medical services in Wuhan were
exposed for a while, all medical workers were exhausted and under great
pressure. Psychological crisis intervention is another important task in the
fight against COVID-19, Chinese government in the total cost of the provision of
epidemic.
